FAQ

Am I limited to the style shown in the examples?

Not at all. The visuals on each page are only examples of past work and personal projects. You’re free to request a different style, level of detail, palette, or reference existing games/artworks. As long as it fits within the technical scope of the selected asset (canvas size, frame count, etc.), I’ll match the style to your needs.

I can work in the style of specific games (such as GBA-era Fire Emblem, SNES-era Chrono Trigger, classic Final Fantasy, or modern pixel art indies), but I won’t copy copyrighted assets. The result will be original while stylistically compatible.

What if I need something larger or more complex?

If your request goes beyond the technical limits shown on the page (canvas size, frame count, etc.), commission me by the hour instead.

How do I order a commission?

Each asset page includes a simple 3-step order form.

Step 1 – Contact details
Fill in your contact information and make sure to use a valid email address. This is how we’ll communicate throughout the commission.

Step 2 – Project details
Describe your request as clearly as possible. Detailed descriptions and visual references (similar games, sketches, concept art, or images) are strongly encouraged.
If accuracy to a reference is important, please be explicit, otherwise I’ll assume creative freedom.
Don’t forget to mention the target engine if relevant.

I don’t draw explicit nudity or pornography. Blood and gore are acceptable within reason.

Step 3 – Quantity & payment
When available, select the quantity of assets you’d like to commission. You can then choose one of the following payment methods: Credit Card (Stripe), PayPal, or Wise/Bank Transfer.
Card and PayPal payments are completed directly on the site. For Wise/Bank Transfer, you’ll receive payment details by email.

Once payment is confirmed, your request enters my queue. You’ll hear back from me via email within 48 hours, and work will begin.

What is the process after ordering?

– I review your brief and confirm the scope before starting.
– I create and send an initial sketch/concept for approval.
– Based on feedback, I either iterate or proceed to polishing.*
– You receive the final assets.

*We iterate to improve the result, not to endlessly explore alternatives; once a direction works, the project moves toward completion. Iteration is limited to refinement, not restarting or redefining the commission.

Are revisions included?

My commission process includes feedback and approval from the initial concept phase until completion. Once a direction is approved and polishing begins, additional changes fall outside the base scope and can be handled separately at my hourly rate.

How are the assets delivered?

You’ll receive the final assets as lossless quality .PNG images (with transparent backgrounds where applicable) via email. If needed, I can also provide sprite sheets formatted for your preferred game engine (e.g. Unity, Godot, RPG Maker), ready to use in your game or project.

Do I fully own the commissioned assets?

You are granted full usage rights to use and modify the delivered artwork for your own projects and related promotional material, whether commercial or non-commercial.

However, I retain full copyright of all original artwork. This means you may not resell the assets as standalone products, redistribute them, or create derivative products whose primary value is the artwork itself (for example: asset packs, NFTs, stock resources, or reselling with minor edits).

In short: you can freely use the art inside your projects, but you cannot resell the art as a product.

Do you offer refunds?

Since this is custom work, refunds aren’t possible once production has started.
